Providing a support structure & life skills training to individuals wishing to live independently in their own community, who require assistance with their finances, shopping, cleaning and cooking.
Our services provide a personalised option to supported living, enabling people to live on their own or with the people they choose, offering an alternative to what we believe is the artificial environment of a micro-insitutional group home setting.
Our supportred living services are accesible to individuals with mild/moderate needs, to those who require specialist support, as we believe everyone, regardless of their disabilities, has the right to live in their own home and continue to develop life skills. Our services can be funded privately, or if arrangements are in place, through Health & Social Services funding.
Escorted Travel Services
Transport escort services providing support to individuals who need specialised assistance when travelling from A to B, to access services, make appointments and other engagements.
Life Skills in the Home
Life Skills Assessment & Training in the home provided through Structured Training Programmes. Activities included are personal hygiene, shopping, cooking, cleaning, personal finances and other life skills in the home.
Life Skills Training in the Community
1:1 & 2:1 Person Centred Support in the community. This service is tailor-made around the needs of the individual. It includes Life Skills Assessment & Training provided through Structured Training Programmes. Activities such as shopping, personal finances, travel training, road safety and social skills awareness training are covered to help develop friendships and relationships.
Independent Living Support
Providing a support structure & life skills training to individuals living independently in the community who require assistance with their finances, shopping, cleaning and cooking.
