Active Chiropractic is a Chiropractic and Acupuncture clinic run by Grant and Penny Henderson and located in the centre of town. We are a small and well respected healthcare team and are able to offer safe and effective care for a variety of conditions. We make recommendations for the best approach based on our experience, best evidence and the nature of the issue you come in with.
The choice of treatments is very much a partnership between you and your practitioner. Our aim is to reduce your discomfort and help your body back to optimal function. Alongside treatment, this is likely to include advice on lifestyle, posture and exercises.

ERGONOMIC CONSULTANCY
Grant Henderson is an experienced chiropractor, medical acupuncturist and ergonomic consultant. Qualifying as a workstation assessor 20 years ago Grant also holds the industry recognised NEBOSH Health and Safety At Work qualification. Grant has performed thousands of work station assessments for employers over the years and is well known to and recommended by many of Jersey’s financial institutions, States departments and smaller offices alike.
As well as workstation assessments Grant can provide a wide range of specialised ergonomic chairs, sit-stand desks, mice, keyboards and other equipment to help people minimise the impact of work on their health. Where such equipment is recommended, we will provide a quotation for it. Grant is often called upon by a wide range of employers in Jersey who are keen to improve their employees well being in the work place. He offers a variety of talks and presentations.
