We are conveniently situated on Queen’s Road, St Helier on the same site as the JEC Powerhouse and the B&Q DIY store (number 20 and 5 bus routes).

For your convenience, our Health Centre also has ample free parking with specific spaces for mothers and toddlers and for patients with disabilities and, also, has an on-site pharmacy.

Health Plus has flat level access to all clinic areas and (a policy is in place that) staff will open doors and assist wheel chair users and mothers with toddlers and babies.

Joining the multi-disciplinary team

Anyone can join the Health Centre. If you have a health card, (entitlement from the Department of Employment & Social Security depends on residency on the Island for a period of six months or more) or if you do not hold a health card (full cost of your consultation will be charged) you are still welcome to register.

Please download the Registration Form (adult) or Registration Form (child) which must be completed fully before you can be put on our list, from our website, www.healthplus.je. You will be registered with the Health Centre but may state a preference to see a particular Doctor or member of the multi-disciplinary team. Once the form is completed, please return it to the surgery by post.

Services are provided by the multi-disciplinary team on the basis of clinical needs regardless of age, disability, colour or creed.  Health Plus is aware of the needs of people with physical, sensory and learning disabilities and ensures that they can access and receive a full range of services.
