L.I.N.C - Mental Health & Wellbeing

Our relationships and connection to others affect the way we live our lives on a daily basis. A sense of belonging to a greater community can improve our health, wellbeing and happiness.
LINC community is a mental health support group that meets every week and is led by people who’ve been there too. You’re not alone.
We aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where people can get together, try out new activities, build confidence and benefit from social support. A place where everyone is welcomed, respected and valued.
It’s open to all adults aged 18 years and over and is free to join. We meet at Trinity Parish Hall on Wednesday’s from 11.30am until 2pm.
There’s no need to book and you can join us for the entire session or just drop in for a cuppa and slice of cake.
