Counselling with Steve

I provide a psychotherapy and counselling service to those in Jersey (and to the wider UK online) to support both individuals and couples who are affected by mental health issues.

I am a fully qualified, BACP registered counsellor, having built upon a degree in Psychology from the University of Bangor, Wales.

I am an integrative counsellor, with person centred core approach. 

The approach can help you to reconnect with your inner values and sense of self-worth, this will enable you to find your own way to move forward and progress.

As an integrative counsellor I will also use techniques from other approaches as well as from my degree to help you from time to time. These techniques are selected with you in mind, to help further your empowerment.

 I can support you with a wide range of issues, and in particular

• Bereavement and loss

• Depression, Stress & Anxiety

• Trauma

• Bullying

• Addictions (drugs and alcohol)

• Sexuality / gender identity.
